Specter now offers Headers for Chevy Small Block V-8 Engine Conversions. This type of header routes over the steering gear box and exits outside the frame rails with the collectors at the base of the firewall. This type of header requires minor trimming of the inner fenderwells. This header is most commonly used with the short exhausts that exit in front of the rear wheels. No air injection fittings. Non-plated finish. These headers come with gaskets, and all mounting hardware. |

Specter now offers Headers for Chevy Small Block V-8 Engine Conversions. This type of header is referred to as a 'Block Hugger' type and is similar to the original G.M. 'Rams Horn' configuration. This header routes the exhaust pipes inside the frame rails and does not require any fenderwell trimming. This style of header is well suited to exhaust systems that exit at the back of the vehicle. No air injection fittings. These headers can hit the stock Toyota steering box depending on the engine location in the engine compartment. Headers are available chrome plated or non-plated. These headers come with gaskets, collectors, and all mounting hardware. |
